One vision worked on the social housing in London to install SMATV 5 wire into the apartments in the building. A SMATV 5 Wire allows the tenants to connect to tv channels and pick up a signal, There are normally 2 points per apartment. One being in the lounge which has your inputs for Sky / Freeview / Freesat channels, the other being in the bedroom and this has you inputs for normal Terrestrial TV.
