AXO New Cross is the most recent North/East London London student development, which opened in September 2017 and is located in the trendy New Cross area. The building offers a variety of en-suite and studio rooms along with excellent communal facilities.
The building is only 2 minue walk from New Cross station providing students with easy access to campuses across London and is also conveniently located opposite Goldsmiths University. AXO New Cross recently won the Property Weak Halls of Residence of the Year Award for London, due to its modern deign and excellent facilities. These facilities incuse spacious bedrooms, large common room and study area, outdoor spaces and 24 hour security. The managemen team at AXO New Cross organise regular social events for residents to help students meet other students. The friendly on-site customer service and maintenance team are also on hand if you need them for anyhing, whether its help with your room or advice on the local area.
One Vision worked with AXO New Cross to install a SMATV 5 wire system onto the building to distribute SMATV Signals into the building and to the various points in the appartments. There are normally two points per appartment one being in the lounge and one being in the bedroom. The loung point is a standard SMATV 5 wire connnections and these will be able to pick up normall sky / Freeview / Freesat TV. The bedroom point will be connected to the Aerial to be able to get Terrestrial TV channels.
