The Hill House, London is a development situated above Archway tube stations was the removal of the existing facade and finishes from the original eleven storey office building back to the structure, then extended vertically by two floors with steel frame, and all fully clad in a unitized facade and brickslip system. A total of 168 apartments have been created in total with duplex units formed on the top two new floor levels. An extensive validation exercise was undertaken to expose the original building foundations with a carbon wrap used to reinforce the stair cores.
One vision worked with the contractors of Hill House to install a SMATV 5 wire satellite system to supply tv points throughout the building into all the tv systems. We have supplied a SMATV signal to 336 different access points throughout the building.
