CCTV is used by many organisations in many sectors, from experience we have collated a list of typical use cases by organisation.
- Bars, Clubs and Pubs - To monitor customers and staff in and out of the premises.
- Building sites - To protect the building site, machinery and tools.
- Care homes - Monitor elderly residents and care staff.
- Colleges and Schools - Monitor staff and students, detect and deter unwanted visitors and intruders. We work closely with colleges and schools to protect buildings, students and staff against intrusion. Remotely monitoring hallways and entrances can help protect staff and prevent bullying.
- Hotels - Monitoring client movement is vital in busy and large hotel establishments.
- Shops - To deter, monitor and record criminal activity.
You can use CCTV to protect your property but you must follow data protection law.
